Session Information
Sessions are offered virtually via a secure video conferencing platform.
The virtual delivery of counselling services is an effective and accessible method of providing quality mental health care.
Payment
Interac e-transfers is the only method accepted at this time.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours advanced notice of cancellation is required, or full payment of the session may still be required.
Insurance
Many insurance providers cover psychotherapy services.
